NEW !  Results for the 2012 Kamview Classic


35th annual Sleeping Giant Loppet
 The 35th annual Sleeping Giant Loppet was once again an amazing event with cooler temperatures than we've had lately but the conditions and overall atmosphere was once again outstanding!  Thanks to the dozens and dozens of volunteers who braved the cold weather and who were always eager to help with a smile and words of encouragement.  The grooming team lead by Peter Crooks provided unbelievable conditions for everyone.  Thanks Peter and team!

There were lots of photographers at the event and the Sleeping Giant Loppet website will be featuring their images over the next few days.  In the meantime, here are some images captured by John Sims.

The annual Kamview Ski tour was held on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at the Kamview Nordic Centre under ideal conditions thanks to mother nature and to Peter Crooks and to Kamview's staff and volunteers.  Be sure to check out the great coverage in the Chronicle Journal.
